Triggerfish is the name of a 3 piece band that we discovered a couple of years ago while vacationing on the Texas coast - Port Aransas to be more specific.
They play a nice blend of tropical style music and have a couple of CDs out. They call their music "tropicoustical" - kind of Jimmy Buffet style.
Mark Wilkes is the head honcho, who does MOST of their song writing, he plays guitar and sings. Woody Ray Lawson is the bass player, does SOME of their songwriting, and has a solo CD of his own. Luis Villareal is the Satin Latin on Conga's. He doesn't write any of their music, but he beats the crap out of the congas and does some backup singing
I have made several signs for them over the years - most end up being stolen - which is great for my ego, lol.
My latest sign for them is a new direction for me - incorporating a real photo into my art. Here's their newest sign where I used a copy of their first CD cover, then added the musical notes and the band's name.
